New paragraphs start with an empty line, like this one.

Line breaks without an empty line are ignored!

To make bullets, simply start your lines with a *, or # for automatic numbering, like this:

You can also nest them like this:

   2. Item 1.2

or

For quotes and notes in typewriter (monospaced) font, start each sentence with a space.
